Ingredients (serves 4):
- 2 chicken breasts (approx. 400 g), cut into thin strips for quick and even cooking.
- 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper, cut into julienne strips to preserve texture.
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced (ideally with a mandolin).
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced.
- 150 g broccoli, separated into small florets.
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (can be homemade or bottled).
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce.
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, to balance the umami with sweetness).
