The Napoleon Built-In Cocktail Centre is a key piece for those who wish to transform their outdoor kitchen into a high-performance, exclusively designed space. This beverage station has been carefully designed to combine professional functionality with high-end aesthetics, making every meeting, event or moment of personal enjoyment a complete experience. With its 60 litre capacity, modular storage and recessed design, this centre not only organises, but also raises the standard of service in any outdoor kitchen.

High-end stainless steel construction

The centre’s structure is made entirely of solid, high-strength stainless steel, selected for its durability, corrosion resistance and ability to withstand demanding weather conditions. The use of satin-finished steel with seamless processing not only ensures an elegant design, but also prevents the build-up of debris, which facilitates cleaning and increases the overall hygiene of the module. This type of finish also provides a smooth and modern tactile feel, ideal for outdoor kitchens with a contemporary or classic design.

In addition, the joints are precisely welded and polished for a uniform visual finish, free of edges or imperfections, which also enhances safety during use.

Integrated professional bar station for drinks and more

The large ice compartment allows bottles of wine, soft drinks, juices or perishable ingredients to be kept cold for extended periods without the need for additional electrical refrigeration. This compartment is thermally insulated, which improves ice performance even in hot climates.

The white LED illuminated front tray is designed to store bar tools such as jiggers, hand juicers, stirrers, tongs, napkins and even small jars of spices or bitters. The built-in lighting, as well as adding aesthetic value, improves visibility at dusk or at night, making preparation easier without the need for auxiliary lights.

Modular storage for ingredients and garnishes

Includes four recesses compatible with GN 1/9 containers, standard in the catering industry, allowing easy integration with professional utensils and containers. These containers are designed to store key ingredients such as fresh fruits (lemons, oranges, berries), aromatic herbs (mint, basil, rosemary), sugars, salts or even cold sauces and dressings. Thanks to their removable design, these containers can be pre-loaded indoors and transported with a lid to the cocktail centre.

The arrangement of the containers offers optimal workflow, allowing the user to move around with agility and maintain a clean and organised work area. Ideal for both personal use and small catering or event applications.

Flexible and customisable design for outdoor kitchens

This module has been designed on the principle of modular integration architecture, allowing it to be easily combined with grills, side burners, sinks and storage modules from the Napoleon range of outdoor kitchens. Its size of 64 cm wide by 30 cm deep makes it ideal for installation on stone, steel, granite or outdoor-treated wood surfaces.

The recessed installation allows for a visually uninterrupted fit, maintaining a clean, uncluttered design consistent with premium outdoor kitchens. In addition, its light weight and dimensions mean it can be integrated into both new installations and renovation projects.

Built-in lighting for night-time functionality

The integrated energy-saving LED lighting is strategically positioned on the front of the serving tray to provide glare-free, directed light over the preparation area. This light not only allows for quick identification of each ingredient or accessory, but also adds a warm, professional ambience to the set-up, ideal for evening gatherings, outdoor dining or social events. Thanks to its low voltage, the lighting is safe and can be connected directly to the outdoor kitchen’s electrical system or powered by rechargeable batteries.

Versatile applications beyond barbecue use

Although this module was conceived as part of a high-end outdoor kitchen, its versatility allows it to be used in different contexts such as:

  • Pool areas: ideal for serving cold drinks without the need to enter the house.

  • Covered terraces: where it becomes an elegant serving point.

  • Event areas or mobile catering: thanks to its compact design and operational efficiency.

  • Gourmet interior spaces: as a complement to a wine bar or private bar.

The ability to keep cold, organise ingredients and present drinks elegantly makes it an exceptional choice also for small-scale commercial projects, such as bistros, premium food trucks or mobile bars.

Maintenance and care, the complete step-by-step guide

To maintain the high aesthetic and functional performance of the cocktail centre, it is essential to adopt a regular maintenance routine. Below is a step-by-step guide covering everything from basic cleaning to the care of electrical components and storage during the off-season.

1. Daily cleaning or after each use

  • Empty and rinse the GN containers with hot water and mild soap.
  • Clean the ice compartment with a non-abrasive food-safe disinfectant.
  • Dry all parts before replacing them to prevent rusting due to moisture.

2. Cleaning stainless steel

  • Use a soft microfibre cloth with a stainless steel cleaner.
  • Always wipe in the direction of the metal grain to avoid scratches.
  • Do not use scouring pads, ammonia or bleach, as these can damage the finish.

3. LED lighting check

  • Check the condition of the wiring and connections.
  • Clean the acrylic surfaces of the lights with dry or slightly damp cloths.
  • Replace batteries if it is a portable version or check the fixed power source.

4. Drainage and mould control

  • Make sure the ice compartment drain is clear.
  • Clean regularly with hot water and vinegar to remove biofilm and odours.

5. Long-term or winter storage

  • Disassemble the GN containers and store them in a dry place.
  • Cover the centre with a waterproof and UV-resistant cover.
  • Disconnect any electrical components and store indoors if possible.
