The Grandpro Alu Kitchen presents the outdoor kitchen as a complete unit: a cooking area, a preparation surface, storage and, depending on the chosen configuration, a fridge, a sink or both. Its modular design allows you to choose a layout that suits both the available space and the way you actually intend to cook outdoors.

The range combines an aluminium frame designed for outdoor use with two finishes and a choice of built-in barbecues. It’s not just about changing the look: choosing between White and Graphite also determines the available cooking options and the final width of the kitchen.

The result is an outdoor kitchen designed for those seeking a functional and visually integrated solution, without having to design each element separately from scratch

White or Graphite

Muestra de acabado grafito Grandpro Muestra de acabado blanco Grandpro

The Grandpro Alu Kitchen is available in two finishes: white and graphite. Both retain the range’s modular design and aluminium construction, so your choice allows you to adapt the kitchen to the style of your outdoor space without compromising on its concept as a complete kitchen.

The white finish creates a brighter, cleaner look, making it particularly easy to integrate into light-coloured terraces, contemporary settings or spaces where the aim is to visually reduce the overall visual weight of the ensemble. Graphite offers a more understated yet striking presence, suitable for dark, industrial or high-contrast settings.

The choice of finish also influences the available options. White can be configured with Pro Elite or Crossray, whilst Graphite expands the selection to include Pro Elite, Crossray, Maxim G5 and Premium Plus. It is therefore advisable to choose the colour and barbecue together.

Aluminium designed for outdoor use

Cocina exterior Grandpro Alu Kitchen de aluminio

The Alu Kitchen uses an aluminium frame and fittings designed for outdoor use. The material allows for the construction of a kitchen with a solid, substantial appearance without the need for particularly heavy units – an important feature when installing on a terrace or in an area where access may be restricted.

The worktop in this range is also made of aluminium with a powder-coated finish. The aim is to maintain a seamless aesthetic between the modules and the worktop, preventing the kitchen from looking like a collection of separate elements.

This construction makes the aluminium outdoor kitchen a particularly attractive solution when seeking to combine a refined appearance, resistance to outdoor conditions and a lighter structure than other built-in solutions.

Freestanding design for flexible installation

Grandpro Alu Kitchen como cocina exterior independiente

Its freestanding design allows the Alu Kitchen to be installed against a wall or used as a freestanding unit within the outdoor space. This means the design does not require a specific built-in structure to be constructed around the units to achieve a finished look.

This offers freedom when organising terraces and gardens, particularly where the existing layout does not allow an entire wall to be dedicated to the kitchen. The final location must always comply with the installation, ventilation and safety requirements specified for each appliance.

The result is a kitchen that can form part of the space as a complete piece of outdoor furniture, maintaining a consistent aesthetic from different angles.

Choose your barbecue to suit your cooking style

The barbecue is one of the most significant functional differences between the Alu Kitchen variants. The range offers a choice of four models with different cooking surfaces, numbers of burners and methods of heat application. The ‘White’ model is configured with either the ‘Pro Elite’ or ‘Crossray’ systems, whilst the ‘Graphite’ model allows you to use all four options.

Pro Elite

Barbacoa encastrable Pro Elite

The Pro Elite combines four main stainless-steel burners with 14 kW of power and a 4.3 kW rear infrared burner. Its 72 × 45 cm cooking surface offers space to work in different zones and prepare several dishes during the same service.

It is a particularly attractive option for those looking for a spacious, conventional gas barbecue, complemented by a rear burner that expands the cooking possibilities.

Crossray

Barbacoa encastrable Crossray

Crossray rethinks the approach to cooking with four infrared burners delivering a combined output of 12.4 kW. Its design channels heat from the sides of the chamber rather than placing the heat source directly beneath the food.

With a cooking surface of 85 × 40 cm, it is the most technically distinctive model in the range and a particularly interesting option for those looking to cook using infrared radiation.

Maxim G5

Barbacoa encastrable Grandpro Maxim G5

The Maxim G5 focuses on capacity: five main burners deliver 17.5 kW across a cooking surface of 80 × 45 cm. Added to these is a 4.3 kW rear infrared burner, expanding the possibilities when cooking with the lid closed.

The independent control of five main zones allows different heat intensities to be distributed within a single cooking session. This makes it particularly well-suited for cooking for several people or preparing different dishes simultaneously.

Premium Plus

Barbacoa encastrable Premium Plus

The Premium Plus features four main burners delivering 14 kW and a cooking surface measuring 60 × 45 cm. It includes a 4.3 kW rear infrared burner and a side burner, making it the Alu Kitchen model with the greatest variety of cooking zones.

It is designed for those who value having a main grill, rear heat and a separate side zone within the same unit. This barbecue is available in the Graphite configurations listed.

Two-drawer fridge with two separate zones

Frigorífico exterior Grandpro de dos cajones

Variants fitted with a fridge incorporate a Grandpro model with two refrigerated drawers. Each drawer functions as an independently temperature-controlled zone, allowing different foods or drinks to be organised within the outdoor kitchen itself.

The drawer-style opening makes it easy to access the contents from the front without getting in the way of the worktop. The integrated LED lighting also helps you find what you’re looking for when using the kitchen in low light.

The practical advantage is clear: fresh ingredients, drinks and prepared dishes can be kept right next to the cooking area, reducing the need to move back and forth between the indoor kitchen and the terrace or garden.

Integrated sink for preparation and cleaning

Fregadero integrado en cocina exterior Grandpro Alu Kitchen

Configurations with a built-in sink incorporate a water area within the worktop itself. This allows you to wash food, rinse utensils or keep your preparation area tidy without leaving the barbecue area.

Its integration prevents the sink from looking like an afterthought: it forms part of the kitchen’s overall visual style and maintains a work surface around it for comfortable use.

This is a particularly useful choice when the outdoor kitchen is to function as a fully-fledged cooking space and you wish to reduce reliance on the indoor kitchen during preparation and cleaning.

Lightweight modules for configuring the space

Composición modular de la cocina exterior Grandpro Alu Kitchen

The modular design allows a single range to accommodate configurations from 226 to 325 cm in width. The barbecue is combined with modules for refrigeration, a sink, storage or worktop, whilst maintaining a consistent outdoor design.

This modularity allows the kitchen to be adapted to the actual space available whilst, at the same time, choosing which functions deserve to take up that space. A terrace might prioritise a compact layout, whilst a spacious outdoor area could incorporate a fridge, sink and a larger worktop.

The aluminium also helps ensure that the various modules remain lighter and easier to handle than an equivalent solution built entirely from masonry.

More worktop space and storage

Zona de trabajo y almacenamiento Grandpro Alu Kitchen

An outdoor kitchen needs more than just a cooking surface. The Alu Kitchen modules create areas for placing trays, preparing ingredients and keeping utensils organised whilst the barbecue is in use.

Larger configurations add an extra work section, increasing the available space between the different functions. This is particularly useful when several people are preparing or serving food at the same time.

Drawers and storage spaces also allow you to keep accessories and utensils close to the cooking area, preventing the worktop from becoming cluttered with items not currently in use.

Barbecue: carry out a surface clean after each cooking session and a more thorough interior clean periodically, always with the gas disconnected.

White aluminium: use a microfibre cloth, warm water and neutral soap, then rinse and dry. Avoid abrasive or chlorine-based products.

Refrigerator: disconnect the power for thorough cleaning, empty the drawers, clean with a soft cloth and neutral detergent, and dry before reconnecting.

5. Regular maintenance

Check the burners, ports, ignition system, grease tray, refrigerator seals and ventilation areas. Also make sure the drawers and cabinet doors remain clean and that dirt does not accumulate in the runners.

6. Storage

Clean and dry the entire unit before extended periods of non-use. If you disconnect the refrigerator, empty it and dry it completely. Cover the barbecue only when it is cold and dry.

Finish: White · Barbecue: Crossray · Refrigerator: Yes, two independent zones · Sink: Yes.

1. First use of the Crossray

Inspect the burners and connections before lighting for the first time and check that there are no obstructions. Always light the barbecue with the lid open. This Crossray should be maintained according to its specific procedure rather than using the 10–15 minute seasoning cycle specified for the Grandpro G-Series.

2. Refrigerator and sink

The two refrigerated drawers allow you to use two independent temperature zones. Keep the ventilation areas clear and clean up any spills immediately. Use the sink while avoiding splashes towards the barbecue, and periodically check the water supply and drainage connections.

3. After cooking

Use the Crossray self-cleaning cycle for approximately 5 minutes on high power. Afterwards, while the surfaces are warm, wipe them with a damp cloth and lightly oil them again. Empty the grease tray once it is cold.

4. Thorough cleaning

Crossray: clean the cooking surfaces before residue has a chance to harden. On stainless steel, use a soft cloth and soapy water without chlorine or steel wool.

White aluminium: use a microfibre cloth, warm water and neutral soap; dry after rinsing.

Refrigerator: disconnect the power and clean the drawers, interior and seals without spraying water directly onto the controls, lighting or ventilation areas.

Sink: rinse, clean with a neutral product and dry after each intensive use.

5. Maintenance

Periodically inspect the burner tubes and ports and remove any insects or spider webs. Check the refrigerator seals and ventilation areas, and inspect the sink connections.

6. Storage

Shut off the gas and leave the entire outdoor kitchen clean and dry. Empty and dry the refrigerator if it is going to remain disconnected. Only protect the barbecue once it is cold, and make sure that a closed cover does not trap moisture or condensation.

Use and maintenance

General guidance only; this does not replace the official manual.

Finish: White · Barbecue: Pro Elite · Refrigerator: Yes, two independent zones · Sink: Yes.

1. First use and initial curing

Check the connections and ventilation. For the Pro Elite, carry out the initial setup with the lid open and the main burners on high power for 10–15 minutes. Switch off, allow the barbecue to cool, clean the cooking surfaces, dry them and apply a light film of oil before the first cooking session.

2. Preparing the refrigerator and sink

The White refrigerator features two drawers with independent temperature control. Keep its ventilation areas clear and the interior clean. For the sink, check that the water supply and drainage are working correctly before you begin using the outdoor kitchen regularly.

3. During and after use

Avoid splashing water onto the barbecue controls, ignition system and connections. When finished, switch off the burners and close the gas supply, allow the appliance to cool and remove grease and food residue. Clean up any spills in the refrigerator and rinse the sink after use.

4. Thorough cleaning

Pro Elite: clean the cooking grids, griddle, grease tray and, periodically, the inside of the firebox. For a thorough clean, disconnect the gas before removing accessible components.

White aluminium: use warm water, neutral soap and a microfibre cloth; rinse and dry. Avoid abrasives, steel wool, chlorine-based products and solvents.

Refrigerator: disconnect the power, empty it and clean the drawers, interior and seals with a soft cloth and neutral detergent. Dry completely before reconnecting.

Sink: clean with a neutral product and soft sponge; rinse and dry to prevent residue from building up.

5. Regular maintenance

Inspect the burners, tubes, ignition system and gas connections; also check the refrigerator ventilation and seals, as well as the sink's water supply and drainage connections.

6. Storage

For an extended period of non-use, leave all components clean and dry, shut off the gas and empty the sink. If you switch off the refrigerator, empty it and dry it completely. Where there is a risk of freezing, prepare the water system according to the installer's instructions.

Use and maintenance

General guidance only; this does not replace the official manual.

Finish: White · Barbecue: Crossray · Refrigerator: Yes, two drawers and two independent zones · Sink: No.

1. First use

Before lighting the Crossray, check the gas connections and make sure the burner tubes and ports are free from obstructions. Always light the barbecue with the lid open. The Crossray manual consulted does not specify the same 10–15 minute initial burn-off used for the Grandpro G-Series, so that procedure is not applied to this model.

2. White refrigerator

The two refrigerated drawers feature two independently adjustable zones. Keep the ventilation areas clear and organise each drawer according to the type of product being stored. Clean up spills as soon as they occur to keep the interior clean and prevent odours.

3. After cooking

Crossray recommends a self-cleaning phase of approximately 5 minutes on high power. Afterwards, when the surfaces are warm but no longer hot, wipe the cooking grids with a damp cloth and lightly oil them again. Empty the grease tray once it has cooled.

4. Cleaning

Crossray: clean the cooking surfaces while they are cooling and do not leave food residue stuck to them. On stainless steel, use a soft cloth and soapy water without chlorine or abrasives. The grease tray can be washed periodically with mild detergent and warm water.

White cabinetry: use a microfibre cloth, neutral soap and warm water on the aluminium structure and worktop. Rinse and dry, avoiding aggressive scourers and abrasive cleaners.

Refrigerator: disconnect the power before carrying out a thorough clean, empty the drawers and clean the interior and seals with a soft cloth. Dry completely before reconnecting, and do not spray liquid directly onto the controls, LED lighting or ventilation areas.

5. Maintenance

Periodically inspect the burner tubes for insects, spider webs or other obstructions. Keep the grease tray clean. On the refrigerator, check the seals, drawer closure and air inlet and outlet areas.

6. Storage

Leave the entire unit clean and dry. If you disconnect the refrigerator for a long period, empty it, clean it, dry it and leave the drawers slightly open when it is safe to do so. A cover should only be placed over the barbecue when it is cold and dry, checking that condensation is not being trapped underneath.

Use and maintenance

General guidance only; this does not replace the official manual.

Finish: White · Barbecue: Pro Elite · Refrigerator: Yes, two drawers and two independent zones · Sink: No.

1. First use and initial curing of the barbecue

Check the installation, connections and burners before lighting. With the lid fully open, carry out the initial burn-off recommended for the Grandpro G-Series: 10–15 minutes on high power to remove any manufacturing residue. Switch off, allow the barbecue to cool, and clean the cooking grids and griddle before finishing with a light film of oil.

2. Preparing the refrigerator

The White refrigerator features two drawers with independent temperature control. Before loading it, make sure the interior is clean and dry and allow each zone to reach the selected setting. Do not block the ventilation areas and avoid placing hot food directly into the drawers.

3. During and after use

During cooking, keep the ventilation and gas areas clear. When finished, turn off the burners and close the gas supply. Once the barbecue is cold, remove residue, clean the cooking grids and check the grease tray. In the refrigerator, clean up any spills immediately to prevent odours and dried-on residue.

4. Exterior and interior cleaning

Barbecue

For a thorough clean, disconnect the gas and remove the accessible cooking components. Remove grease and carbonised residue from the interior body and use warm water with mild soap where appropriate. Rinse, dry and reassemble only when all parts are completely dry.

White aluminium

Clean the frame, fronts and worktop with a microfibre cloth, warm water and neutral soap. Avoid abrasives, steel wool, solvents and chlorine-based products. Dry afterwards to prevent dirt or water from remaining on the finish.

Two-drawer refrigerator

Disconnect the power supply before carrying out a thorough clean. Empty the drawers and clean the interior, surfaces and seals with a soft cloth, warm water and neutral detergent. Remove any soap residue with another damp cloth and dry completely before reconnecting. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the controls, lighting or ventilation areas.

5. Regular maintenance

Inspect the burner tubes, ports, ignition system and grease tray. On the refrigerator, keep the ventilation areas clear and check that the drawers close correctly and that the seals remain clean.

6. Extended periods of non-use

Shut off the gas and leave the barbecue clean and dry. If you are going to disconnect the refrigerator for an extended period, empty it, clean it and dry it thoroughly. When conditions allow, leaving the drawers slightly ajar helps prevent odours caused by trapped moisture.

Use and maintenance

General guidance only; this does not replace the official manual.

Finish: White · Barbecue: Crossray · Refrigerator: No · Sink: Yes.

1. First use and Crossray setup

Before lighting for the first time, inspect the burner tubes and ports, check the gas connections and carry out the leak test specified by the manufacturer. The lid must remain open during ignition. If a burner does not ignite, turn the control knob to OFF and wait at least five minutes before trying again.

The Crossray manual consulted does not specify the same 10–15 minute initial burn-off used for the Grandpro G-Series, so this procedure is not applied to this model. Maintenance of its cooking surfaces is based on cleaning them while warm and then applying a light film of oil again.

2. During use

Keep the ventilation areas clear and prevent grease residue from accumulating. The infrared burners must remain free from residue and obstructions. Use suitable gloves when handling hot components and keep water from the sink away from the controls and ignition system.

3. After cooking

Crossray recommends using high heat for around 5 minutes to assist with self-cleaning after cooking. Then switch off the appliance. When the cooking grids and plates are still warm but no longer hot enough to burn, remove residue with a damp cloth and lightly oil the cooking surfaces again.

4. Cleaning the outdoor kitchen

Crossray

Empty the grease tray after each use once it has cooled, and wash it periodically with warm water and mild detergent. Stainless steel surfaces should be cleaned with a soft cloth and soapy water, without chlorine, steel wool or abrasives. On brushed stainless steel, always clean in the direction of the grain.

White aluminium cabinetry

Remove grease and splashes from the White finish using warm water, neutral soap and a microfibre cloth. Rinse with a clean cloth and dry. Do not use hard brushes, metal scourers or aggressive chemicals on the powder-coated finish.

Sink

After use, rinse the sink bowl, clean it with a neutral product and soft sponge, and dry the surface. Periodically check that the water supply and drainage connections remain watertight. In areas where freezing conditions occur, follow the installer's instructions for preparing the water line for winter.

5. Regular maintenance

Inspect the burner tubes and check for insects, spider webs or other obstructions, especially after extended periods of non-use. Crossray recommends regular attention to these tubes because an obstruction can cause flame flashback.

6. Storage

Store the outdoor kitchen clean and completely dry. If you cover the barbecue, do so only once it is cold and check regularly that condensation is not forming beneath the cover. Keep the sink dry and the surfaces free from salt or greasy residue.

Use and maintenance

General guidance only; this does not replace the official manual.

Finish: White · Barbecue: Pro Elite · Refrigerator: No · Sink: Yes.

1. First use and initial burn-off

Before cooking for the first time, check that the gas installation has been completed correctly, that the control knobs are in the off position and that there are no visible obstructions in the burner tubes or ports. The barbecue must always be lit with the lid open.

To remove manufacturing oils and residue, the Grandpro G-Series instructions recommend carrying out an initial burn-off for approximately 10–15 minutes on high power with the lid open. Then switch off the appliance and allow it to cool before handling the surfaces. Clean the cooking grids and griddle, dry them thoroughly and finish by wiping the cooking surface with a lightly oiled cloth.

2. During use

Keep the ventilation areas clear and avoid storing flammable items around the barbecue. Monitor grease build-up and use suitable utensils and gloves when the surfaces are hot. The sink can be used as an auxiliary preparation and rinsing area, taking care to prevent water from reaching the barbecue controls, ignition system or connections.

3. After cooking

Turn off all burners and close the gas supply. Once the barbecue has cooled down, remove food residue from the cooking grids and griddle and check the grease tray. Do not leave marinades, grease or food residue stuck to the surfaces until the next use, as repeated heating makes them more difficult to remove.

4. Cleaning the outdoor kitchen

Barbecue exterior and interior

With the appliance completely cold, clean the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth. For a more thorough interior clean, disconnect the gas, remove the cooking grids, griddle and accessible internal components, and remove grease deposits and carbonised residue. The Grandpro manual allows the interior body to be cleaned with warm water and mild soap, then rinsed and dried completely before reassembly.

White aluminium cabinetry

For the frame, doors, drawers and worktop with White finish, use a soft microfibre cloth, warm water and neutral soap. Remove any remaining product with another damp cloth and dry the surface. Avoid abrasive scourers, steel wool, cleaning powders, solvents and aggressive chlorine-based products that could damage the finish.

Sink

Rinse the sink bowl after use to remove food residue, grease or salt. Clean it with a soft sponge and neutral detergent, then rinse and dry. Periodically check the water supply and drainage connections. If the kitchen remains unused in an area where freezing conditions are possible, prepare the water system according to the installer's instructions.

5. Regular maintenance

Check the burner tubes, ports, ignition system and gas connections periodically, especially after long periods of inactivity. Remove any spider webs, insects or other obstructions before lighting the barbecue. Keep the grease tray clean as well to reduce build-up and flare-ups.

6. Storage and periods of non-use

Leave the entire outdoor kitchen clean and dry before any extended period of non-use. Shut off the gas and protect the barbecue from dirt and moisture once it is completely cold. If you use a cover, check periodically that condensation is not accumulating underneath it. Keep the sink and worktop clean and dry so the kitchen is ready for the next season.
