Beefeater’s Full Screen design incorporates a panoramic tempered glass window, a detail that transforms the barbecue experience. Beefeater is committed to durability and performance in all its lines, and the Signature S2000 is no exception. The entire structure is made of 304 grade stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion, extreme heat and ageing.

The grills and griddles are made of cast iron with a matte finish porcelain vitreous enamel coating, an excellent material for maintaining heat, distributing it evenly and ensuring a perfect sear on meats, fish and vegetables. These materials not only extend the shelf life of the product, but also improve the cooking quality with every use.

Powerful, Uniform and Patented Heat System

One of the distinguishing features of the Signature S2000 is its heat system. Each burner is made of cast iron and equipped with an exclusive and patented quartz ignition, which guarantees immediate and safe ignition of each burner, even in windy or humid conditions.

It is also equipped with patented steam deflectors, which perform a double function: they distribute the heat evenly over the cooking surface and transform the falling juices and fats into steam, which enhances the flavour and reduces the formation of direct flames.

Each configuration offers a power adapted to different levels of use:

• Model 4B: 4 burners with a total power of 18.88 kW.

• Model 5B: 5 burners with a total output of 23.6 kW.

• Model 5B with trolley: also with 23.61 kW, but with a larger and more manageable structure.

Versatile and Well-Distributed Cooking Area

The Signature S2000 offers a large cooking surface, strategically divided between grills and griddles:

• Model 4B features a 40 x 48 cm grill and a reversible griddle of the same size.

• The 5B model incorporates two 32 x 48 cm grids and a 32 x 48 cm reversible griddle.

• The 5B model with trolley further extends the cooking area with a cooking surface of 96 x 48 cm.

This allows different types of food to be prepared simultaneously, adjusting heat zones according to the ingredients and desired cooking style. In addition, all versions feature a large capacity warming rack, ideal for holding food at temperature or slow cooking.

Efficient Cleaning System

Another highlight of the Signature S2000 is its dual grease drainage system, which ensures easy cleaning after each use. This system efficiently channels cooking residues into drip pans, preventing the accumulation of grease in sensitive areas of the appliance.
