INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Season the salmon with salt and pepper about 45 minutes before cooking.
Place the piece of salmon on the board and secure it with the wire mesh so that it is perfectly fastened.
Once the fire is at full capacity, place the board on the edge of the barbecue. If this is not possible, use the additional supports that will anchor it to the grill (see inside triptych).
The recommended distance is about 15 cm and the time of exposure to the fire will depend on the preferences of the diners, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
TIP: Before using the board, apply olive oil on it. The boards are reusable.
