The smoke of the QUEBRACHO chips is reminiscent of warm spice aromas and hints of caramel. It is very balsamic and aromatic. Pack of 0,6 dm3 of quebracho wood chips. The method of use is simple, the chips are moistened for about 20 minutes before use, and placed directly on the charcoal or in a smoker, so that the smoke from this wood permeates the food. Pairing with: lamb, beef, pork, game, rye and spelt breads or meat stews. Recommended for smoking certain types of bread, such as rye or spelt.
