The Sunwood Marino in Corten steel finish is an outdoor heater that combines comfortable warmth, ambient light and clean-lined design in a compact and mobile format. With four glazed sides for 360° flame viewing, a concealed gas bottle and high quality workmanship, it is designed for domestic terraces and businesses looking for a point of warmth and style all year round.

🔧 Materials and construction

The body is made from high quality Corten steel, a material designed to develop a protective patina over time, providing strength and a warm, earthy aesthetic. The combustion chamber is surrounded by tempered safety glass on all four sides, and the structure integrates a compartment to house the standard canister inside the cabinet, protected and out of sight.

Outstanding functionalities

The unit offers a 360° view of the flame, easy ignition and regulation, and an enclosed design that helps keep the flame stable in windy conditions. The unit is mobile thanks to its integrated wheels, allowing it to be rearranged on the terrace or moved to walkways with ease.

⚙️ Performance and autonomy

The effective output of the cooker is ideal for creating a comfortable microclimate on residential and hospitality terraces. With a 12 kg canister it offers a long autonomy, sufficient for long evenings and continuous terrace services.

🧩 Design and aesthetics

Its cubic silhouette (approx. 42 × 42 × 126 cm) fits in with contemporary or rustic furnishings. The Corten finish provides visual identity even when switched off, while the flame visible through the glass turns the heater into a decorative and conversational focal point.

🧱 Compatibilities and accessories

Operates on butane or propane gas in a standard cylinder housed inside the unit. As standard extras, a protective cover and regulator kit with hose are available, useful to protect the unit and complete the installation according to local regulations.

🔥 Benefits for different outdoor use

In barbecue and outdoor kitchen environments, the Marino creates a comfortable area around the grill or worktop, extending the season and enhancing the dining experience. In gardens or on patios without a kitchen, it instantly elevates the atmosphere with warm light and a sense of shelter without the smoke and ash of an open fire.

🛡️ Safety and ease of use

The enclosed system with tempered glass helps contain the flame and radiated heat, while the robust construction and internal canister housing keeps the installation clean, reduces tripping and makes it easy to handle in walkways.

🏨 Applications beyond

It is an elegant solution for hospitality – restaurant, hotel and café terraces – where thermal comfort and aesthetics have an impact on the customer’s stay. In residential areas, it works as a meeting point in chill-out areas, pergolas or porches, without building work or smoke vents.

Use and Maintenance

This plan is designed to help you safely start up the stove, get the most out of it on a daily basis, and keep its Corten finish and glass in perfect condition. Follow the steps and, if you have manuals or local requirements, I can adapt each point to your installation. Safe start-up
  • Place the stove outdoors, on level ground and in a clear area (at least 1 m of free space around it is recommended).
  • Check that the regulator and hose are compatible with butane/propane and with the regulations in force in your area.
  • Place the 11 kg cylinder inside the compartment; connect the regulator and check for leaks with soapy water.
  • Light the stove using the control/key and adjust the flame height as required.
During use
  • Do not cover the vents or ventilation surfaces; avoid moving the unit when it is lit.
  • Keep away from furniture, curtains, or awnings.
  • Supervise children and pets in the heated area.
Switching off and storage
  • Close the cylinder valve/regulator; allow to cool completely.
  • If not in use for long periods, disconnect the regulator and fit the optional protective cover.
Cleaning and care
  • Clean the tempered glass with a specific product when it is cold.
  • Remove dust and debris from the lower compartment; check the hose and seals periodically and replace them if they show signs of wear.
  • Corten steel will develop a patina over time; avoid abrasive cleaners that alter the finish.
