Ready to take your outdoor gatherings to the next level? The Napoleon Rogue 425 All Black is not just a barbecue, it’s a culinary creation station designed to delight you and your guests. Discover all that this black marvel has to offer and become the master of the grill. Designed to perform for any occasion, this grill combines cutting-edge technology with a stylish and practical design.

Triple Power to Cook Like a Pro!

With three main stainless steel burners, this barbecue gives you a total power of 14.25 kW. This means you’ll have the heat you need to prepare any dish, from juicy, well-seared meats to perfectly grilled vegetables. The even heat distribution ensures that your food cooks evenly, giving you impeccable results with every preparation. Plus, the continuous gas regulation allows you to precisely control the temperature, so you can cook at your own pace and experiment with different recipes. Each burner is designed to last, withstanding high temperatures and providing efficient combustion even in demanding conditions.

The Roast Master

If you dream of perfect roasts, this 5 kW infrared back burner is your best ally. This system is ideal for cooking meat and poultry on the grill, achieving juicy, well-broiled results thanks to its constant, even heat. The included rotisserie set with motor and forks is designed to make the whole process easy and professional. With this burner, you’ll prepare roasts that will make everyone want to repeat. In addition, its infrared design concentrates the heat precisely, ensuring efficient cooking and delicious caramelisation of the surface of your meats.

Your Extra Space to Create!

The 3 kW side burner is a fantastic extension to your outdoor kitchen. This extra space allows you to prepare side dishes such as sauces, soups, side dishes or even experiment with a wok for Asian dishes. Whether you want to keep a sauce warm or prepare a quick meal while grilling meats, this feature multiplies your culinary possibilities without the need to return to the kitchen. The versatility of the side burner is perfect for those who want to offer a complete dining experience without leaving the garden or terrace.

Wavy Marks for the Perfectionist Chef

The WAVE™ design enamelled cast iron cooking grates not only add style to your food with their distinctive wave marks, but also have practical benefits. This unique design prevents small foods, such as shrimp or chopped vegetables, from falling between the slots. In addition, the cast iron retains heat exceptionally well, which helps to seal meat quickly, preserving the juices and flavours inside. The enamel finish makes cleaning easy and prevents corrosion, ensuring your grills will look impeccable for years to come.

Compact and Space Saving Design

The Rogue 425 is designed for those who value every inch of their space. Its folding side shelf allows the barbecue to be easily stored in tight spaces without sacrificing functionality. In addition, its integrated gas cylinder holder in the lower cabinet is large enough to hold gas cylinders up to 11 kg, keeping everything tidy and within easy reach. This compact and well thought-out design is ideal for terraces or small gardens, combining style and practicality. Its sturdy frame and swivel castors ensure you can move it around easily and store it effortlessly.

Jetfire™ ignition: Click and Go!

Don’t waste time fiddling with lighters or matches. The Jetfire™ system ensures a quick, safe and hassle-free start. This innovative additional pilot flame system ignites the main burner in seconds, eliminating the frustration of failed attempts and allowing you to concentrate on what matters: enjoying the grill. This mechanism is designed to work even in adverse weather conditions, ensuring you never run out of fire for your preparations.

Cleans Without Drama

Cleaning up is your least favourite part of a barbecue? With the Rogue 425, that’s no longer a problem. Its grease collection tray is completely removable from the front, making cleaning up a breeze. This practical design minimises the time you spend on this task, leaving you free to enjoy more of your free time. In addition, its stainless steel components resist wear and tear, ensuring that cleaning your grill is quick and efficient.

More Than A Barbecue!

The Rogue 425 is much more than just a grill. Its multi-functional side burner allows you to expand your culinary horizons, while optional accessories, such as smokers, allow you to experiment with gourmet techniques and flavours. This versatility makes it a true outdoor cooking station, ready to adapt to any idea you have. Its robust and elegant design makes it stand out not only for its functionality, but also as a centrepiece in any outdoor space.

King Style Rotisserie

The included back burner and rotisserie set transform this barbecue into a rotating outdoor oven. You can cook delicious rotisserie chickens, ribs or any meat of your choice with juicy, perfectly browned results every time. This system is ideal for large gatherings, allowing you to prepare impressive dishes effortlessly. The rotisserie motor is designed to handle heavy loads, ensuring constant, even rotation throughout cooking.

Take Care of Your Napoleon Rogue 425 and Extend Its Life

To ensure optimal performance of your Napoleon Rogue 425 and guarantee its durability, follow these steps and maintenance tips from the official manual:

The Basis for Proper Functioning

It is crucial to clean your grill after each use. Remove grease and food residue accumulated on the grates, drip pans, and heat distribution plates. Grease buildup can not only cause fires, but also affect the taste of your food. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove stuck-on particles and avoid abrasive products that can damage the materials. Clean cast iron grates by applying a coat of oil after each use to prevent rusting. If the grates are stainless steel, simply use a stainless steel wire brush to remove residue without damaging them.

Safety First

Before each use, check the following items:
  • Condition of the hose and gas connections: Look for possible cracks, wear, or leaks. Test for leaks by applying a mixture of soapy water to the connections and ensuring there are no bubbles.
  • Burners: Regularly inspect the burners and gas outlets to ensure they are not blocked by dirt, cobwebs or insects.
  • Grease tray: Remove and clean the grease tray every 4-5 uses to prevent the risk of fire due to grease build-up.

Accuracy and Efficiency

The Jetfire™ ignition system makes starting easy, but it is important to follow the instructions carefully:
  1. Ensure that the gas valves are completely closed before opening them slowly.
  2. Light the main burners one at a time, leaving the lid open during the process.
  3. Avoid lighting the grill with the lid closed, as this could cause gas to build up.

Using the Rotisserie and Additional Burners

For best results with the rotisserie function and side burners:
  • Ensure that the rear infrared burner is kept clean and remove any grease build-up.
  • Use a drip tray under the rotisserie to catch juices and prevent grease splatters.
  • When using the side burner, avoid placing large pans that cover more than 75% of its surface area to ensure even heat distribution.

Care for the Exterior Appearance

Exposure to the elements can affect the finish of the barbecue. To keep it looking its best:
  • Clean stainless steel surfaces regularly with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive products or metal sponges.
  • If the grill is exposed to salty or humid environments, clean it every 3-4 weeks to prevent corrosion.
  • Use a high-quality protective cover to shield your grill from the elements when not in use.

Annual Inspection: Ensures Safe Performance

At least once a year, perform more thorough maintenance:
  • Disassemble the burners to inspect and clean the air intakes and internal ducts.
  • Check the gas valves and connections for possible leaks or wear.
  • Lubricate moving parts, such as swivel wheels and knobs, to maintain their functionality.

Tips for Safe Storage

If you decide to store your barbecue for long periods:
  • Disconnect the gas supply and remove the cylinder when not in use.
  • Ensure the barbecue is completely dry before covering it to prevent moisture build-up.
  • Store the barbecue in a well-ventilated area protected from extreme weather.
