The MISTI by Nora Flames is an outdoor table with an integrated composite gas brazier designed to create a warm and sophisticated spot on terraces and in gardens. It incorporates a 16 kW burner, piezo ignition and power regulation, with a hole for a gas cylinder and volcanic stone included for an aesthetic flame and a pleasant heat diffusion. Available in grey and black.
🧱 Materials and construction
The top and structure are made of outdoor composite (GRC/resin type), resistant to weathering and intensive use. The burner is made of 304 stainless steel, 1 mm thick, designed for outdoor use and highly resistant to corrosion.
🔥 Outstanding functions
Includes manual piezo ignition with spark train and progressive flame regulation. Supplied with cylinder head and hose, plus volcanic stone bed. Optional windshields are available to stabilise the flame on windy days.
⚡ Performance and efficiency
With 16 kW of heat output, MISTI heats the environment quickly, prolonging the use of the outdoor space all year round. The flame distribution of the burner improves both heat diffusion and the aesthetics of the fire.
🧩 Gas compatibility and options
Operates on LPG (butane/propane) and can be converted to natural gas using a changeover kit. The cabinet integrates an access door to discreetly house the cylinder.
🖤🎨 Design and aesthetics
Rectangular lines and comfortable proportions(140 × 70 × 58 cm) invite you to use it as a coffee table. The grey or black finishes blend in with contemporary furnishings; the volcanic stone bed underlines the visible flame aesthetic.
🍖 Kitchen styles and outdoor uses
Although intended for ambience and heating, the perimeter shelf functions as a support for trays and serving boards in barbecues and outdoor kitchens, creating a warm zone next to grills, pizza ovens or griddles. (It is not a direct cooking appliance).
🛡️ Safety and ease of use
It has a safety thermocouple, wheel control and piezo ignition. The optional glass panes improve flame stability and perimeter wind safety. The height of 58 cm makes it easy to use as a coffee table.
🏕️ Applications beyond
MISTI can also be used as a meeting point in porches, chill-out areas, hotels or restaurants, providing warm lighting and thermal comfort for after-dinner meals and outdoor cocktails.
Use and Maintenance
This plan brings together
best practices for a safe, efficient and long-lasting experience with your MISTI. It includes guidelines for
start-up,
safe use,
cleaning,
maintenance and
protection, designed to extend the life of the composite and burner, maintain a stable flame and preserve the colour finish outdoors.
Start-up
- Check that the table is level and has free space above and to the sides.
- Connect the head and hose to the cylinder without forcing the joints.
- Turn on the gas, activate the piezo ignition and adjust with the wheel until you obtain a steady flame.
Safe use
- Use windbreak glass if there are gusts of wind.
- Do not place utensils on the burner or cook directly on it.
- Keep children and pets at a distance; check the thermocouple cut-off if the flame goes out.
Cleaning
- With the appliance cold and the gas turned off, remove or adjust the lava stone to remove dust and debris.
- Clean the composite with a damp cloth and mild soap; dry thoroughly.
- Replace the lava rock evenly, without obstructing the burner ports.
Maintenance
- Check the hose, joints and regulator periodically; replace them if they show signs of wear.
- Check the piezo ignition and flame stability.
- If converting to natural gas, install the official kit with an authorised technician.
Storage and protection
- Use the protective cover when not in use.
- In case of rain or dust, turn off the gas and cover the table.
- Store the cylinder in the internal compartment only when the equipment is turned off and ventilated.

Coffee and s'mores at dusk
A simple and cosy ritual for sunset: hot drinks, melted chocolate and marshmallows toasted over the brazier. The MISTI creates the atmosphere; food is always prepared
away from the burner and the marshmallows are toasted
at a safe distance from the flame, without direct contact.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 long coffees or 4 cups of hot milk (or hot cocoa)
- 8 digestive biscuits or sweet crackers
- 8 ounces of chocolate (bar, to taste)
- 12–16 medium marshmallows
- 4 long metal or bamboo skewers for marshmallows
- 1 saucepan or small jug for heating milk/hot chocolate (on the hob or separate griddle)
- Optional: cinnamon, flaked salt, orange peel
Steps to follow
- Prepare drinks away from the MISTI: make the coffees or heat the milk/hot chocolate on the hob or griddle. Keep in a thermos jug.
- Prepare the table: turn on the MISTI with the piezo igniter and set it to medium-low power. If you have them, place the windshields and make sure there are no flammable objects nearby.
- Set up the ‘s'mores station’: arrange biscuits and chocolate squares on plates. Place the hot drinks on the perimeter shelf, never on the burner.
- Safe toasting: skewer 2–3 marshmallows per skewer and hold them a few centimetres from the flame, turning slowly until golden brown (30–60 seconds). Avoid direct contact with the fire.
- Assembly: place the toasted marshmallow on a biscuit, add chocolate and cover with another biscuit. Press gently so that the heat melts the chocolate.
- Finishing touch: sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or flaked salt; for a citrus aroma, lightly rub a strip of orange peel over the biscuit.
- Serving: enjoy the s'mores with coffee/hot chocolate, adjusting the flame to maintain a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
