Created to cook pizzas up to 35 cm wide, this is an Ooni perforated aluminium pizza peel that is characterised by its high quality and lightness, and with which you can slide, turn and remove pizzas from your Ooni oven with great ease.
Use the tapered edge of the peel to slide directly under the pizza bases, while the perforations allow for perfectly cooked pizza every time, as the steam is able to evaporate quickly and excess flour is released from the pizza base.
Its super sleek, hard anodised coating provides superior corrosion resistance and a hyper-smooth surface to ensure a perfect pizza tossing and picking experience.
