5 Stainless steel burners.

Each burner of the Napoleon brand has been meticulously designed to offer the best performance and durability, like the 5 burners of this barbecue.

Constructed from 16 gauge 304 Stainless Steel, they ensure the highest quality. This material is ideal for use with food and outdoors. In addition, thanks to its design it provides an optimal balance between fuel and oxygen for a cleaner combustion performance for natural gas, butane and propane.

The dual gas holes will achieve even cooking from the front to the back of the grill and from side to side, preventing unwanted flare-ups.

The Sizzle Zone™ infrared side burner.

Its cast iron infrared side burner will give you extra space for cooking from a pot, marking food or simply using it as a cooking point. In addition, you can choose the grill from two grill heights to achieve the desired result.

But before we go on, what is an infrared burner? They are burners with Sizzle Zone™ technology made of highly efficient ceramic bricks that reach a higher temperature than other burners. This special feature allows high temperatures to be generated, resulting in crispy crusts, chef-worthy marking and much more.

How do infrared burners work? If we get close to the ceramic bricks, we can see an infinite number of small pores. The gas passes through these pores to create the desired flame and reach temperatures of up to 980 °C in a matter of seconds.

They have the particularity that the ceramic changes colour to orange when it starts to heat up. It becomes hypnotic.

Now then, why are they necessary? Until now this type of cooker was reserved for restaurants, but now you can have it at home. It is ideal for quick meals and side dishes, high temperature searing is the way to achieve that flavour when cooking on the griddle. With this, what we achieve is to caramelise and brown the meat or fish instantly, this translates into a more intense and juicier flavour, retaining up to 35% more of the natural juices of what we cook.

In addition, this technology has a low gas consumption.

Rear infrared burner

The rear infrared burner is ideal for cooking food on high heat, getting golden crusts or roasting a chicken. It is the perfect burner together with a rotisserie( separateaccessory ), where you can make poultry, ribs, fish, vegetables and anything else you can think of.

7.5 mm Wave™ stainless steel grids

The wave shape, a pioneer in the world of barbecue grills, will give you different sealing marks. Thanks to its undulations, it allows for even cooking and provides a larger surface area, making it harder for smaller foods to fall through and keeping the barbecue cleaner.

It also reduces the effect of heat and cold forces on the metal and ensures greater resistance.

This grill is made of 7.5 mm Stainless Steel, offering a more durable and more resistant material. They are maintenance free(although it is recommended to keep them clean). The steel has the particularity to heat up and cool down just as quickly, which will ensure you don’t have to check your food so many times.

Jetfire™ ignition system

Among the most important aspects of your barbecue are that it always lights, does not rust and is safe. Napoleon® meets these three essential requirements with its Jetfire™ ignition system , which always ignites the first time. Its innovative ignition mechanism launches a flame to light each burner individually. As no batteries are required, you can light each burner directly from your remote control with just one hand.

You will also have the cross-lighting action, a very simple and effective mechanism to add safety to your grill. The way it works is as follows: if a burner goes out or does not light correctly, it will light automatically thanks to the continuous burners. No need to do anything or be aware of it.

This prevents the burners from going out and continuing to expel gas.

Lift Ease™ Lid

It is precisely the lid of a barbecue that will make or break its efficiency, durability and functionality. The simple sliding design of Napoleon® barbecues combines these very qualities and makes them the most efficient barbecues on the market.

We make the most of their advantages, the high quality of the materials provide a resistance that is unique in the market. That is why we have studied the best way to get the most out of them and with it all their benefits. As it is the space saving, due to its opening in a central point we will get a shorter route and we will need less space to open it. Thus, we will be able to make the most of our working environment.

At this point we have to know that Napoleon® lids are manufactured with high quality materials to offer a better concentration of heat, this causes as a consequence that these lids are heavier than those of the competition. This is why the Lift Ease™ sliding lid opening system was created , which ensures effortless and comfortable lid handling so you can open the lid as many times as you like to see your food.

Night Light™ knobs with Safety Glow™.

Create a whole spectrum of colours on your barbecue knobs and make your barbecue unique or work better at night. Thanks to the Led Spectrum Night Light™ knobs, you can illuminate the inside of the knobs with a variety of colours and enjoy your barbecue at night.

And add safety with the perfect setting, at any time with the cooking chamber control: with the special SAFETY GLOW™ knobs you can see immediately whether the corresponding burner or nozzle is open or closed. The controls light up blue and red. Blue means that the burner is off (or there is no gas flow), red means that the gas supply is open.

Note: Make sure that the “red” burners are lit. The illumination does not indicate whether the burner is actually burning, only whether the gas flow is open or closed.

Accu-Probe™ Thermometer

With the ACCU PROBE™ lid thermometer you have an exact indication of the temperature of the cooking zone. Thanks to its scale from 40 °C to 370 °C, it monitors the entire temperature range of the barbecue.

This helps you to gain greater control of your barbecue at all times.
