The smoke of the NARANJO chips is dense and offers very characteristic tones of liquorice. Packet of 0.6 dm3 of orange wood chips. The method of use is simple, the chips are moistened for about 20 minutes before use and placed directly on the charcoal or in a smoker, so that the smoke of this wood permeates the food. Perfect with: fish, both blue and white fish, shellfish and seafood. Also ideal with vegetables, rice dishes, white poultry and mild meats.
