To place an order or make a reservation in the barbecueworld.es shop it is not necessary to be registered in the shop.

All product orders accepted by BBQ Revolution S.L., (hereinafter referred to as Barbecue World) are accepted in accordance with the following General Conditions of Sale which shall form part of the Sales Contract. Acceptance of the products implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

No agent, dealer or representative of Barbecue World has authority to vary these conditions except with the written permission of Barbecue World.

PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

The prices shown on the barbecueworld.es website include the corresponding taxes.

Barbecue World reserves the right to change the price of items without prior notice in accordance with market conditions. The prices published in our catalogue do not constitute an offer and therefore do not constitute an obligation to be supplied at that price in all cases.

All invoices/purchase invoices are payable on the date shown on them. Payment must be made in € (euros) by the means chosen at the time of placing the order.

In addition to the regular prices, at Barbecue World we offer temporary discounts and special promotions which will be announced on our website and in the newsletters we send to our registered customers. PAYMENTS

We offer different payment options so that our customers can choose the one that best suits their needs. We accept debit and credit card payments through Redsys and PayPal, as well as bank transfer. We also offer the option of financing your purchases in up to 37 instalments through Aplazame, a finance company we work with that allows you to finance up to €2,000.

Payment security is one of our primary concerns, which is why at Barbecue World we work with the best payment service providers, who meet the highest security standards in the industry.

If any of the products ordered is not available at the time the order is placed, it will automatically be restocked as soon as possible in order to ship to the customer’s satisfaction.

If such replenishment is delayed for reasons attributable to either the manufacturers or the suppliers, the customer will be informed as soon as possible as to which products are slowing down the shipment, as well as possible solutions.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

All products remain the property of Barbecue World until full payment has been received.

The products sold must be used in accordance with the instructions in their respective instruction manuals. It is the user’s responsibility to use them under the conditions stipulated in the sale and not to manipulate them in contravention of these conditions.

VARIATION IN DESIGN, SPECIFICATIONS OR CONTENT

Although Barbecue World will use its best endeavours to ensure that the product supplied corresponds exactly in all respects to that offered in our catalogue, minor variations in specifications, package contents, colours or design may occur as a result of manufacturers’ continual changes to their products.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

The buyer will be able to find out exactly how much the shipping costs will be for his order directly from the website before making the purchase. For orders within the peninsula that exceed an amount of 100 €, shipping will be free. Depending on the volume and weight of the order, one shipping method or another will be chosen, with almost all barbecues being shipped on pallets.

At Barbecue World we work with the best transport companies to guarantee the quality of our shipments. DB Schenker and Palletways (for Pallet orders only) and for small parcels we contract the services of Packlink and Genei where we look for the best possible supplier that offers us courier services that guarantee delivery in no more than 7 working days within the peninsula. The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products, but in most cases, orders within the peninsula are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. In Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 96 hours, for the Canary and Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. For the rest of the European Union, delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

For deliveries outside the peninsula, conditions may vary, so it is necessary to contact us directly. Whenever porter assistance is required, please contact us for a quotation.

In the case of orders of several products, a single shipment will be made when all the material is available, unless the customer expressly indicates otherwise. In the latter case, the customer bears the costs of any additional delivery charges incurred.

For products that are not in stock, the buyer will be provided, by email or telephone call, with the approximate delivery time that the manufacturer or supplier has communicated to us, and will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from this period. It is important to note that Barbecue World will not be responsible for any customs or clearance charges.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. Our main guarantee is the total satisfaction of the customer with our products, so that if, once received, this does not meet your expectations or it has simply been a mistake, you will have 14 calendar days to make the return counted from the day the order was received.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its condition, we will proceed to reimburse the amount through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

In these circumstances, Barbecue World will refund the full amount of the product(s) purchased and its (their) delivery costs upon receipt of the goods or upon presentation by the consumer of proof of return of the goods (such as proof of delivery). Barbecue World transport); whichever comes first.

In order to be able to return the product, it will be an essential requirement that the product is in perfect condition and that none of its mechanisms have been tampered with. Barbecue World reserves the right not to accept returns that do not comply with this condition.

To return a product, the customer must first notify Barbecue World by email to the following address: a.cliente@barbecueworld.es. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. If the goods are not returned in their original packaging, they may be subject to depreciation on a case-by-case basis.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can download the following withdrawal form, fill it in and send it back by email to a.cliente@barbecueworld.es or by post to Calle Alonso Cano, 17, 29680 Estepona, Málaga.

The shipping costs related to the return shall be borne by the customer.

In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or there has been an error on the part of Barbecue World.the buyer shall have the right to request that the product be returned to him/her at no additional cost or that the full amount of the purchase, including shipping costs, be refunded once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incident has been verified.

In the event that the shipment has been damaged in transit, the customer is requested to notify Barbecue World within 24 calendar hours of receipt. In this case, Barbecue World will initiate the insurance claim procedure with the transport company to replace the damaged goods, always without any extra cost for the customer.

If you wish to return a product purchased from Barbecue World, we recommend that you notify us in advance by email to a.cliente@barbecueworld.es indicating the following information:

Order number, date, name and email address with which the purchase was made.
