TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

It is not necessary to be registered with the barbecueworld.com shop to place an order or make a reservation.

All orders for products accepted by Sebastian David Green, (hereinafter referred to as Barbecue World) are accepted by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall form part of the Contract of Sale. Acceptance of the products shall imply acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

No agent, dealer or representative of Barbecue World has authority to vary these conditions unless authorised in writing by Barbecue World.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices shown on the barbecueworld.co.uk website include the corresponding taxes.

Barbecue World reserves the right to change the price of items without prior notice by market conditions. The prices published in our catalogue do not constitute an offer and therefore do not constitute an obligation to be supplied at that price in all cases.

All invoices/purchase invoices are payable on the date shown on them. Payment must be made in € (euros) by the means chosen at the time of placing the order.

In the case of payment by bank deposit or bank transfer, the buyer must use the following details, indicating the order number and his name in the concept:

If any of the products ordered are not available at the time of placing the order, it will automatically be restocked as soon as possible to make the shipment satisfactory to the customer.

If this restocking is delayed for reasons attributable to either the manufacturers or the suppliers, the customer will be informed as soon as possible to inform them of the products slowing down the shipment, as well as to provide possible solutions.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

All products remain the property of Barbecue World until full payment has been received.

The products sold must be used by the instructions in their respective instruction manuals. It is the responsibility of the user to use them in the conditions stipulated in the sale and not to manipulate them contrary to these.

VARIATION IN DESIGN, SPECIFICATIONS OR CONTENT

Whilst Barbecue World will make every effort to ensure that the product supplied corresponds exactly in all respects to that offered in our catalogue, minor variations in specifications, package contents, colours or design may occur as manufacturers continually change their products.

SHIPPING

For deliveries outside the peninsula, please contact us directly.

The buyer will be able to know exactly the amount of the shipping costs corresponding to his order directly from the website before making the purchase.

Orders will be sent by a courier service provided by DB Schenker and Tipsa, which guarantees delivery in no more than 7 working days. Although orders usually arrive in most cases within 48 calendar hours from the date of dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products. In any case, the shipment is processed as quickly as possible in the logical interest of both parties.

In the case of orders of several products, a single shipment will be made when all the material is available, except in the case that the customer expressly indicates otherwise. In the latter case, the customer assumes the costs of any additional shipping costs incurred.

For those products that are not in stock, the buyer will be provided, by email or telephone call, with the approximate delivery time that the manufacturer or supplier has communicated to us, and will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from this period.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. Our main guarantee is the total satisfaction of the customer with our products so that if once received, this does not meet your expectations or it has simply been a mistake, you will have 14 calendar days to make the return counted from the day the order was received.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.

In these cases, Barbecue World will refund the full amount of the product(s) purchased and their shipping costs at the time the goods are received or when the consumer presents proof of return of the goods (such as proof of transport Barbecue World), whichever comes first.

To be able to return the goods, it will be a prerequisite that the product is in perfect condition and that none of its mechanisms has been tampered with or forced. Barbecue World reserves the right not to accept returns that do not comply with this condition.

To return a product, the customer must previously notify Barbecue World by email to the following address: info@barbecueworld.es. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. If the goods are not returned in their original packaging, they may be subject to a depreciation that will depend on each specific case.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can download the following withdrawal form, fill it in and send it back by email to info@barbecueworld.es or by post to Calle Juan de Mena, 18, 29680 Estepona, Málaga.

The shipping costs related to the return shall be borne by the customer.

If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or that there has been an error on the part of Barbecue World, the buyer will have the right to request that the product is resent without any additional cost on his part or that the total amount of the purchase is refunded, including shipping costs, once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incident has been verified.

If the shipment has been damaged during transport, the customer is requested to inform Barbecue World of this situation within 24 calendar hours of receipt. In this case, Barbecue World will initiate the procedure of claim to the insurance of the company of transport to replace the damaged merchandise, always without any type of surcharge for the client.

If you wish to return a product purchased at Barbecue World, we recommend that you notify us beforehand by email to info@barbecueworld.es indicating the following information:

  • Order number, date, name and email address with which the purchase was made.
  • List of products purchased, including their price.

By doing so, it will be possible to speed up the necessary procedures.

In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed with the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as appropriate in each case, all of which will always be free of charge for the consumer and user.

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

For his part, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The warranty period may not be less than 2 years for any of our products. During this period, the customer may choose to take the seller’s protection or to process the warranty directly with the manufacturer. In cases where it is longer than 2 years, it will be the manufacturer who must satisfy the same.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

In this section, Barbecue World informs users about its policy of protection of personal data – hereinafter DP (Personal Data) so that users voluntarily determine the fact of providing the data that may be required. Barbecue World reserves the right to modify the present policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to the good practices of the industry. In such cases, changes will be announced on this website reasonably in advance of their implementation.

By the provisions of Article 5 of Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data collected will be automatically processed and incorporated into the relevant files and databases of Barbecue World, being used only for internal use. Except in the fields where otherwise indicated, the answers to the questions on PD are voluntary, without the lack of response implies a decrease in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services.

The user guarantees that the PD provided to Barbecue World is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes in them.

The collection and the automated treatment of the DP have as a purpose the maintenance of the contractual relation established with Barbecue World, the management, administration, benefit, extension and improvement of the services in which the user decides to subscribe, to register, or to use the adequacy of these services to his preferences and tastes, the study of the use of the services, the design of new related services, the sending of updates, the sending by traditional and electronic means of technical, operative and commercial information about products offered by Barbecue World, so much in the present as in the future.

Barbecue World has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of the PD and tries to install all those additional technical means and measures within its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of this PD.

Users have and may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification, as well as the right to be informed of the use of their data by contacting Barbecue World by e-mail at info@barbecueworld.es or by telephone at 699 201 365.

The user accepts that all their personal data will be transferred in full to Aplazame from the moment the user initiates the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by Aplazame when choosing the form of payment.

This acceptance extends to any third parties that may need to access the files for the proper performance of the contract.
