Due to its special, uniform grain size, it will salt your steak just right. In addition, the salt adheres to the meat with a little oil and melts with the meat juices during cooking, so that the steak gets a unique crust.
Apply oil to the steak about 30-60 minutes before grilling, and then apply salt evenly and to taste. Next, warm the covered fillet to room temperature.
