4 Stainless Steel Burners.

Carefully designed, each burner from the Napoleon® brand is intended to provide the best performance and long-lasting life, such as the case of the 4 burners in this barbecue.

Made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, they ensure the best quality. This material is suitable for food use and outdoor use. Also, its design offers an optimal balance of fuel and oxygen for cleaner combustion behaviour for natural gas, butane, and propane.

The double gas ports ensure even cooking from the front to the back of the grill and from one end to the other, avoiding unwanted flares and colder zones.

2 Infrared Burners.

The technology behind Napoleon® infrared burners uses a special ceramic grid that heats up to extremely high temperatures in a matter of seconds. This grid emits infrared radiation that penetrates directly into the surface of the meat, resulting in faster and more efficient cooking. Additionally, Napoleon® infrared burners are more fuel-efficient, which can reduce costs and environmental impact.

Moreover, Napoleon® infrared burners can reach higher temperatures than traditional gas burners, allowing the meat to sear and caramelize more effectively. Furthermore, infrared burners are easier to clean and maintain than traditional burners as they do not produce as much waste and grease.

Rear Infrared Burner.

With this infrared rear burner, you can cook food at high temperatures, brown the crust or roast a chicken. It is the perfect burner alongside a rotisserie (sold separately), in which you can cook poultry, ribs, fish, vegetables, and anything else you can think of.

Smoker Burner.

An ideal addition for smoking on the grill. The smoking tray is located at the front of the control panel and can be removed.

Fill it with the smoking chips of your choice and slide the slot back in. By placing it directly above a burner, you’ll have a dedicated burner to light the chips and get the desired amount of smoke.

9.5mm Stainless Steel Wave™ Cooking Grids.

A pioneer in the world of grills, its wavy shape provides unmistakable sear marks. Its wavy design allows for even cooking and provides a larger surface, so smaller foods don’t fall off as easily and the grill stays cleaner.

It also reduces the effects of heat and cold on the metal and provides greater strength.

This grill has been made with 9.5 mm stainless steel, a durable and resistant material. It does not require maintenance (although it is recommended to keep it clean). The peculiarity of steel is that it heats up and cools down at the same speed, so you won’t have to check the food as often.

Jetfire™ Ignition System

The most important aspects of your barbecue are that it always lights up, doesn’t rust, and is safe. Napoleon® meets these three fundamental requirements with its Jetfire™ Ignition System, which lights up “first time, every time”. Its innovative ignition mechanism produces a flame that ignites each burner individually. Without the need for batteries, each ignition can be carried out directly from the remote control with one hand.

There is also the possibility of performing a cross-lighting, a very simple and effective operation that increases the efficiency and safety of the grill. Its mechanism is as follows: When a burner goes out or does not light correctly, the continuous burners automatically light it. You don’t have to do anything or keep an eye on it.

This way, it prevents burners from turning off and continuing to emit gas.

Lift Ease™ Lid

What determines the efficiency, durability, and functionality of a grill are precisely its lids. The simple and sliding design of Napoleon® grills precisely combines these characteristics and makes them the most efficient grills on the market.

Safer knobs with Safety Glow™ and Night Light™

Add greater safety with perfect control at any time by monitoring the cooking chamber: with the special SAFETY GLOW™ knobs, you can immediately see whether the burner or burners in question are open or closed. The knobs light up in blue and red. The blue colour means that the burner is off (or that there is no gas flow), and the red means that the gas supply is open.

Note: Check that the “red” burners are on. This lighting does not indicate whether the burner is actually on but whether the gas flow is open or closed.

Put a whole range of colours on your barbecue knobs and make your barbecue stand out or look better at night. With the Led Spectrum Night Light™ knobs, you can illuminate the inside of the knobs with a wide variety of colors and enjoy your barbecue at night.

Lastly, for lighting, you will have a proximity sensor. This will project the logo onto the ground to invite you to make the best barbecues.

Accu-Probe™ Thermometer

Thanks to the ACCU PROBE™ lid thermometer, you will have an accurate indication of the cooking zone temperature. With its 40 °C to 370 °C scale, it controls the entire temperature range of the barbecue.
