The smoke from the ENCINA chips reminds us of the aromas of the forest and the essence of pepper and cinnamon. It provides very suggestive candy tones. 0.6 dm3 pack of holm oak chips. The method of use is simple, the chips are moistened about 20 minutes before use and placed directly on the charcoal or in a smoker so that the smoke from this wood is impregnated into the food. Perfect with: oily fish, red meat and game. Recommended for smoking dairy products and foie gras.
