It is not necessary to be registered on the website barbecueworld.es to place an order or reservation.

All orders of products accepted by Sebastian David Green, (hereinafter Barbecue World) are subject to the following General Sales Conditions that will be part of the Sales Contract. Acceptance of the products will imply acceptance of these General Sales Conditions.

No agent, salesperson or representative of Barbecue World has the authority to vary these conditions unless they have written authorization from Barbecue World.


The prices shown on the website barbecueworld.es include the corresponding taxes.

Barbecue World reserves the right to change the price of items without prior notice in accordance with market conditions. The prices published on our website do not constitute an offer nor, therefore, an obligation to supply at that price in all cases.

All invoices/purchase orders are payable on the date shown on them. Payment must be made in € (euros) by the means chosen at the time of placing the order.

In addition to regular prices, at Barbecue World we offer temporary discounts and special promotions that will be announced on our website and in newsletters sent to our registered customers. Be sure to stay tuned to our communications so you don't miss any opportunities to save on your purchases.


We offer different payment options so that our customers can choose the one that best suits their needs. We accept debit or credit card payments through Redsys and PayPal, as well as bank transfers. We also offer the option to finance your purchases for up to 37 instalments through Aplazame, a financial institution that we work with and that allows you to finance up to €2,000.

For cases of payment by deposit or bank transfer, the buyer must use the following details indicating the order number and their name in the concept:

Payment security is one of our main concerns, which is why at Barbecue World we work with the best payment service providers who meet the highest security standards in the industry.

If any of the requested products are not available at the time of placing the order, it will be automatically provisioned as soon as possible in order to ship satisfactorily to the customer.

If this replenishment is delayed due to causes attributable to either the manufacturers or the suppliers, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to inform them about which products are delaying the shipment, as well as to provide possible solutions.


All products will remain the property of Barbecue World until full payment has been made for them.

The products sold must be used in accordance with the instructions set out in their respective manuals. It is the user's responsibility to use them under the conditions stipulated in the sale and not to manipulate them against these.


Although Barbecue World will do everything in its power to ensure that the product supplied corresponds exactly in all respects to that offered in our catalogue, minor variations in specifications, package content, colours, or design may occur due to the continuous changes that manufacturers make to their products.


The buyer can find out the exact amount of shipping costs for their order directly on the website before making the purchase. For orders within the peninsula that exceed €100, shipping is free. Depending on the volume and weight of the order, a shipping method will be chosen, with almost all barbecues being shipped by pallets.

At Barbecue World, we work with the best transport companies to ensure the quality of our shipments. We use DB Schenker and Palletways (for pallet-only orders) for large shipments and Packlink and Genei for small parcels, where we look for the best possible provider that offers courier services that guarantee delivery within a maximum of 7 working days within the peninsula. The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products, but in most cases, orders within the peninsula are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. In Portugal, the delivery time is 24 to 96 hours, in France, it is 48 to 144 hours, and for the Canary and Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks.

For shipments outside the peninsula, the conditions may vary, so it is necessary to contact us directly. Whenever assistance from a porter is required, please contact us for a quote.

In the case of orders for multiple products, we will proceed to make a single shipment when all the material is available, except in the case that the customer expressly indicates otherwise. In this last case, the customer assumes the costs of any additional shipping expenses that may arise.

Regarding products that are not in stock, the buyer will be provided with an approximate delivery time communicated to us by the manufacturer or supplier, via email or phone call, and we will keep the buyer informed of any variation that may arise in this period.


The customer can exercise their right of withdrawal during the 14 natural days from the receipt of the order. Our main guarantee is the total satisfaction of the customer with our products, so if, once received, it does not meet their expectations or it was simply an error, the customer will have 14 natural days to make the return counting from the day the order was received.

Once the product is received in our warehouses and its condition has been checked, the refund of its amount will be made through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.

In these cases, Barbecue World will refund the full amount of the purchased product(s) and their shipping costs at the time the goods are received or when the consumer presents proof of their return (such as the Barbecue World transport receipt), whichever occurs first.

To be able to make a return, it will be an essential requirement that the product is in perfect condition and that none of its mechanisms have been forced or manipulated. Barbecue World reserves the right not to accept those returns that do not meet this condition.

To return a product, the customer must first notify Barbecue World by email to the following address: a.cliente@barbecueworld.es. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. If the goods are not returned in their original packaging, they may receive a depreciation that will depend on each specific case.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can download the following withdrawal form, fill it out and send it back by email to a.cliente@barbecueworld.es or by post to Calle Alonso Cano, 17, 29680 Estepona, Málaga.

The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or there has been an error on the part of Barbecue World, the buyer will have the right to request that the product be resent at no additional cost on their part or that the total amount of the purchase, including shipping costs, be refunded once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incident has been verified.

In the event that the shipment has suffered damage during transport, the customer is requested to communicate this situation to Barbecue World within the natural 24 hours after its receipt. In this case, Barbecue World will initiate the claims procedure with the transport company's insurance to replace the damaged merchandise, always without any additional cost to the customer.

If you wish to return a product purchased at Barbecue World, we recommend notifying us in advance by email to a.cliente@barbecueworld.es indicating the following information:

Order number, date, name and email address used for the purchase.

List of purchased products, including their price.

By doing so, it will be possible to expedite the necessary procedures.

In case of a defective product, the seller must proceed with the repair, replacement, price reduction or contract resolution, as appropriate in each case, all of which will always be free of charge for the consumer and user.

The seller is liable for lack of conformity that manifests within a period of two years from delivery.

For their part, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from the date they became aware of it.

The warranty period for all our products will be a minimum of 2 years. During this period, the customer can choose to rely on the seller or process the warranty directly with the manufacturer of the product. It is important to note that warranty conditions and their deadlines may vary depending on the manufacturer, so we recommend checking the specific conditions of each product.

It is important to note that warranties offered by manufacturers may vary and be subject to specific conditions, such as the need to keep purchase receipts, provide evidence of product failure or defect, or perform proper maintenance. Therefore, we recommend carefully reviewing the warranty conditions and terms offered by the manufacturer before making any claims or returns.


In this section, Barbecue World informs users about its policy for the protection of personal data, hereinafter DP (Personal Data), so that users may voluntarily decide whether to provide the data that may be required. Barbecue World reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential novelties, as well as to industry best practices. In such cases, the changes introduced will be announced on this website with reasonable advance notice prior to their implementation.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD GDD), we inform you that the personal data (DP) collected will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding files and databases of Barbecue World, being used only for internal use. Unless otherwise indicated, responses to questions about DP are voluntary, and failure to answer does not imply a reduction in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services.

The user guarantees that the DP provided to Barbecue World are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modifications to them.

The collection and automated processing of DP is aimed at maintaining the contractual relationship established with Barbecue World, managing, administering, providing, expanding and improving the services to which the user decides to subscribe, sign up or use, adapting such services to their preferences and tastes, studying the use of the services, designing new related services, sending updates, and sending technical, operational and commercial information about products offered by Barbecue World through traditional and electronic means, both currently and in the future.

Barbecue World has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection of personal data and seeks to install all additional technical means and measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of such data.

Users have the right to access, cancel and rectify, as well as the right to be informed about the use of their data by contacting Barbecue World through email at a.cliente@barbecueworld.es or by phone at 699 201 365.

The user agrees that all their data will be fully transferred to Aplazame from the moment the user initiates the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method.

This acceptance extends to third parties who may need to access the files for the proper execution of the contract.


Your barbecue will not leave our facilities until tomorrow morning. We will organize the collection and delivery today, where we believe Palletways is the transport company that will take care of your merchandise. The barbecue will be transported on a pallet. The tracking number will be provided to you via email when the merchandise leaves our facilities.
